Treasures of Bahrain – 21K Gold Collection

Al Zain has announced the launch of its annual gold exhibition “Treasures of Bahrain” set to feature unique collections depicting the rich Arabian heritage in modern and practical designs. The designs are inspired by a comprehensive collection of traditional Bahraini jewellery typically worn by the Arabian Bedouin community for decades. The exhibition will be held from March to April 2021 at a regional level commencing in Bahrain, Qatar, UAE and later in the year in KSA.

Al Zain’s growing reputation both regionally and Internationally has led them to showcase their unique gold collections at a regional level which aims to showcase their rich Arabian heritage and legacy.
The collections at the exhibition will include Treasures of Bahrain, Heritage, and the Malaki collections. The Treasures of Bahrain & Heritage collection both include semi-precious stones such as Malachite, Lapis Lazuli, Coral, Turquoise and Mother of Pearl; while the Malaki collection includes precious stones such as rubies, emeralds and sapphires which complement the rich 21K gold color. The stones add a richness and value to the piece making it more memorable.
The Treasures of Bahrain is a lustrous 21K collection inspired by traditional Bedouin jewellery. Treasures of Bahrain comprises of renowned elements of traditional Arabian jewellery, reworked and given a touch of luxury. A fascinating composition of colored stones and intricate hand work combined with delicate 3d printed elements. A rare and complex manufacturing technique mastered by Al Zain Craftsmen.
The Heritage collection is distinctive, taking inspiration from the shapes and patterns of the traditional Arabian and Bedouin jewellery. It combines contrasting finishes such as high polished and matte surfaces with highlights of diamond cutting creating a glistening and captivating look 

The High-End Malaki collection is designed for those who want valuable and limited 21K gold pieces embellished with precious stones such as rubies, emerald, sapphires, and natural Bahraini pearls. More gold is used in these sets to create a heavier and more valuable treasure that will eventually become an inheritance to be passed on from one generation to the next.
The collections include a variation of the shabka, bangles, chokers, bracelets, earrings, necklaces, gubgub and rings. Creating memories, intimacy and nostalgia through its timeless pieces designed for every occasion.

The idea behind these collections is to synergize both the past and present to form distinctive pieces that are one of a kind.
