4. ORDERS & TERMS OF SALE
4.1 All orders placed on the Website constitute an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by Al Zain Jewellery.
4.2 Prices and availability are subject to change without notice and are confirmed only upon order confirmation.
4.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including due to product unavailability, pricing or typographical errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4.4 You confirm that all billing and payment information provided is accurate and that you are the authorized user of the selected payment method.
Product Descriptions & Variations
4.5 We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, weights, dimensions, gemstone characteristics and pricing are accurate. Due to the nature of jewellery and natural gemstones, slight variations in color, clarity, size, weight or appearance may occur. Such variations shall not be considered defects.
5. PAYMENT
5.1 We accept payment via approved payment gateways and methods displayed at checkout.
5.2 All payments must be made in the currency specified on the Website.
5.3 Payment is taken upon authorization and prior to dispatch of your order.
5.4 Payment processing and transaction security are handled by third-party payment providers in accordance with applicable industry standards.
International Payments

Prices displayed on the Website may be shown in alternative currencies for convenience only. All transactions are processed in Bahraini Dinars (BHD). Currency conversion rates are determined by your payment provider, and Al Zain Jewellery is not responsible for any exchange rate differences or additional charges applied by your bank.
5.6 Duties Paid Shipping (DDP)
Where available, orders may be shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. If an item is returned, applicable duties and taxes may be refunded in accordance with our Returns Policy. Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5.7 Seized or Abandoned
Orders
If an order is seized, abandoned, or otherwise cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond Al Zain’s control, we may be unable to retrieve the shipment and a refund may not be issued.
Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:
• Failure to respond to delivery attempts or requests from the courier or customs authorities, resulting in the shipment being abandoned or seized.

6. PRICES, TAXES & SHIPPING
6.1 Product Prices
All product prices displayed on the Website include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges, shipping fees, customs duties, and other applicable charges are not included in the listed price and will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
6.2 International Orders
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may either be included at checkout or charged by the destination country's authorities upon delivery, depending on applicable regulations.
6.3 Delivery Timelines
Delivery timeframes provided on the Website are estimates only and may vary due to destination, courier delays, customs clearance procedures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6.4 Bank and Payment Fees
As Al Zain Jewellery is based in the Kingdom of Bahrain, payments are processed in Bahraini Dinars (BHD). Your bank or card issuer may apply additional charges, including currency conversion or international transaction fees, particularly if your debit or credit card was issued outside Bahrain. Value Added Tax (VAT)
6.5 VAT is applied in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain and is included in product prices where required.
Risk & Title
6.6 Title to products passes to you once full payment has been received. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
7.1 Returns and exchanges are accepted strictly in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, available on the Website.
7.2 Items must be returned unused, in original condition, with all packaging, certificates and invoices intact.
7.3 Refunds are processed following inspection and may take 10–15 working days to reflect in your account.
7.4 Shipping fees, delivery charges, and customs duties are non-refundable, except where the return results from a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, including the shipment of an incorrect item.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, designs, trademarks and software, is owned by or licensed to

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Alzain Jewellery, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Return Period
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless they are received defective or damaged:

• Jewellery that has been resized, engraved, or otherwise altered
• Worn, used, or damaged items

Inspection Process
All returned items are subject to quality inspection once received.
If the item does not meet the return requirements, the return may be declined and the item will be shipped back to the customer.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and approved following inspection:
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
• Please allow 10–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account
• Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment providers, or holidays
Shipping & Duties
• If a return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, Alzain Jewellery will cover all associated shipping costs and applicable duties.
• For all other returns, original shipping charges, return shipping fees, and duties are non-refundable and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Commercial Warranty

Al Zain Trading Co. W.L.L. trading as Al Zain Jewellery, is committed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
All our jewellery are carefully inspected and subject to strict controls from manufacture to sale.
This Commercial Warranty (“Warranty”) applies to products purchased from Al Zain Jewellery or authorized retailers
across the GCC.
1. Documents Required
To benefit from this Warranty, the customer must:
1. Present the product at any Al Zain Jewellery store or an authorized retailer.
2. Provide:
• The certificate of authenticity, fully completed, dated, and signed at the time of purchase (with serial number if applicable)
• The purchase invoice
Customers who purchased a product in one GCC country but reside in another must generally return the product to the store or authorized retailer of purchase. Exceptions may apply if repair or replacement can be completed locally and proper importation documentation is provided.
2. Warranty Duration
1. The Warranty covers any manufacturing defects or lack of conformity for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
2. During this period, customers may request:
• Repair of the product
• Replacement if repair is not possible
These time limitations do not override any statutory consumer rights under applicable GCC laws.
3. Services Covered
Upon verification of Warranty eligibility:
• Al Zain Jewellery will carry out repair or replacement free of charge within a reasonable timeframe.
• Once completed, the product will be available at the store or retailer where it was deposited.
Warranty coverage after repair or replacement:
• Jewellery: Repair is warranted for 1 year or for the remainder of the original 2-year Warranty, whichever is longer.
• Replacement: The new product benefits from a 2-year Warranty from the date of replacement.
4. Exclusions
The Warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear, ageing, or color changes (e.g., leather or cable accessories)
• Damage from abnormal use, impacts, crushing, falls, or accidents
• Failure to follow care instructions or maintain the product properly
• Loss, theft, fire, or events beyond Al Zain Jewellery’s control
• Repairs, disassembly, or modifications performed by unauthorized third parties
• Products with illegible, altered, or removed serial numbers (except cables)
