Job Description:

  • Perform monthly physical stock/inventory audit at all Al Zain Jewellery Group’s warehouses, boutiques, treasury, tagging, etc.
  • Perform monthly physical stock / inventory audit in accordance with SOIs and management guidelines to ensure all the required steps as per SOI are followed.
  • Reconcile physical stock count with system records and generate stock check reports as per stipulated templates with required annexures.
  • Perform monthly audit on Open AR, Open Approvals, Cash reconciliations in accordance with SOI.
  • Report all findings to management in stipulated reporting format.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.
  • Cooperate with other audit functions in operation to develop end-to-end process solutions
  • Support Continuous Improvement process for inventory operations.
  • Participate in ERP & systems Implementations & process required to improvise safety and inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure there is no inventory lying untagged or unaccounted and submit report on findings.
  • Coordinate with Operations and ensure open issues are addressed & resolved

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in jewellery inventory controlling, store audits, inventory audits etc

Technical Competencies:

  • Very Good knowledge in Inventory Audit
  • Computer skill,
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PPT

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Should work under minimal supervision
  • Proactive and team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and perform well
