Creating an Al Zain account on our website allows users to check their order status. Your information is kept securely on our file, and will help on speeding up the checkout process for future orders.
Open the log in page, click the button “forgot your password” . You can reset your password through entering your email address, you will then receive a confirmation via email support. You will be redirected to the Al Zain website page where you can reset your new password.
The e-commerce website has been created for the convenience of shopping from home. Our website showcases our latest collections. Some items are exclusive to our website, to stay updated on the latest trends, make sure to visit our site regularly.
To purchase an item on our website, first create an Al Zain account on the site. Choose the desired product which will open a new page where you can manage the size and quantity of the product. Once you have selected your specifications, click "add to cart." You will then be redirected to the check-out page where you can select the payment method you would like to use for purchasing your order.
All items posted online are available for purchase.
An easy to use and free size guide is provided at the bottom footer of the website. Click on "Size Guide" to be redirected to the page.
When you place an order, depending on availability of the product, your order will be packaged and ready to be shipped within 24 hrs, excluding holidays and weekends (fri-sat). Local shipping will take 1 day, while regional and international orders will take between 2-7 days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Please note our website does not state VAT or other Government fees. Upon shipping and delivering, our courier services will advise and collect the relevant taxes applicable in your respective countries. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local Customs officer for further information.

For Bahrain customers, 5% tax will be added on check-out starting 1st of June 2019.

To cancel your order(s) you can email us at support@alzainjewellery.com . Please note that cancellations are done via email only. As orders are immediately prepared to be shipped, cut off time for cancelation is 1PM daily. Once the item is shipped, you will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us. Once the item has been returned an e-mail will be sent forth that the item has been received then only will the refund or exchange take place. We hope you love everything you order, but incase you don’t, exchanging an item is possible. You will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us. Please refer to our Returns and Exchange Policy in the Terms and Conditions Section.

Please note that alzainjewellery.com will not be held responsible for incorrect shipping/billing details. Delay in correcting shipping/billing address could lead to delayed or in worse case adding storage fee on your billing, missing items.
Our shipping policy standard is 1 day Complimentary Shipping for local deliveries in Bahrain for orders placed before 12 noon. 3-7 Days shipping for International Countries.
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipment services to P.O. or APO/FDO/DPO boxes. If you have any further question please contact us via email support@alzainjewellery.com.

Yes! Al Zain has its own full functioning factory in Bahrain and will attempt to comply with your every reasonable request. Keep in mind charges will apply for material use but we will not charge you for labour as this is covered under your Free for Life services.
